Please send us a DM on our Instagram @ezethelabel on the day itself to know if we can accommodate SDD. Once you have our approval, you may check out at our website and select 'Same/Next Day Pick-up' for the shipping method. This is booked by our customers so they can choose their own courier.

Do you accept custom size/ color orders?
For some designs, we can accept - only for measurements XS - XL (Bust 30 - 38, Waist 24 - 32, and Hips 34 - 42). Please send a DM on Instagram @ezethelabel .

Do you accept alterations?
Sorry, we do not alter but we accept request for custom pants length. Please let us know on Instagram before you order.

We are exclusively online but are based in BGC, Taguig.

Yes, through DHL.
How long does shipping take?
Once proof of payment has been sent, we will ship your order in 1-2 working days. LBC Delivery Lead Time:
Metro Manila - 1-2 working days
Luzon - 1-3 working days
Visayas - 2-5 working days
Mindanao - 3-6 working days

Do you have a size chart?
Please take your measurements as our garments follow the EXACT measurements or smaller. *No custom measurements, except for pants length. Please input your preferred pants length or your height on the Order Instruction when you check out.
