We allow Size Exchange on the following conditions:

• Garment is returned within 5 days of receipt
• There are no damages or stain
• If the garment you want is available. If not, you can choose another design or keep a store credit.
• No rush Size Exchange. Once returned, your order will be shipped in 1-2 working days.
• Roundtrip shipping is shouldered by buyer

Please take note that we do not allow refunds. If you have received a defective item, please send us a message on our Instagram @ezethelabel and we will send a new item upon inspection.
