We would like to emphasize the importance of taking your measurements using tape measure before ordering to avoid size exchange. Our garments are often form-fitting and follows the EXACT measurements in the Size Chart or smaller. Please do not base your size from other brands especially Western brands as our sizing are made with Asian women in mind. Also, do not base your bust sizing on your brassiere (bra) size.
For selected designs and some occasions, we allow Custom Size. Please send us a DM first on Instagram: @ezethelabel .
We allow Size Exchange on the following conditions:
- Garment is returned within 5 days of receipt
- There are no damages or stains
- If the garment you want is available. If not, you can choose another design or keep a store credit.
- No rush Size Exchange. Once returned, your order will be shipped in 1-2 working days.
- Roundtrip shipping is shouldered by buyer
